Darien Spence - Director

Ms Spence was elected to the Board in 1995. She was a Secondary Science Teacher until graduating in law. Since her admission as a barrister in 1983, she has regularly appeared before various state and federal courts and tribunals and is a published author in the areas of company law and defamation. She is a member of the Audit and the Policy Planning Committees and is a Director (representing Queensland) of the Credit Union Historical Co-operative.
