QTCU appoints new Assistant General Manager – Sales and Distribution
QTCU has just appointed internationally experienced human resources manager Lennard La Grange to the role of Assistant General Manager Sales and Distribution.QTCU General Manager Mike Murphy said Mr La Grange’s extensive experience was a great asset.
“Lennard joined Queensland Teachers’ Credit Union in the role of Human Resources Manager after emigrating from South Africa in 2004,” Mr Murphy said.
“Not surprisingly, Lennard’s strong ability meant that within 18 months he had joined the QTCU Executive Team as the Executive Manager Human Resources and Organisational Development.
“His talent, experience and commitment make him the perfect person for the role of Assistant General Manager – Sales and Distribution, and we are confident that he will help to make QTCU even better for our clients.”
Mr La Grange is a Registered Organisational Psychologist and holds a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in HR Management.
He has extensive experience in Human Resources, Psychology and Management Consulting working for organisations in the public and private sectors as well as managing his own Human Resources consultancy firm.
