Accessing your accounts
To ensure you always have access to your money, QTCU has established a world-wide network of access facilities;

- We have branches and sub-branches across Queensland where you can make cash withdrawals and deposits.

- Operating hours are 8.25am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday - phone 13 29 30.
- Electronic Banking - ATMs
- Use your Redicard* or VISA Card* for 24-hour access to savings through the largest ATM network in Australia, including Credit Union Rediteller; ANZ, National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank and Westpac ATMs; all Cashcard outlets and any ATM displaying the Redicard or VISA logo. Make cash withdrawals and obtain account balances.
- EFTPOS
- Shop without cash throughout Australia at participating outlets. Simply look for the EFTPOS logo. All you need is your card and PIN (Personal Identification Number). Remember, you can choose your own PIN at any QTCU branch. Also obtain cash advances on top of your purchases at EFTPOS outlets, at the discretion of retailer.
- Bank@Post™
- QTCU is working in partnership with Australia Post to ensure you can access your bank account - no matter where you are. This means you can deposit into or withdraw from your QTCU account at over 3,200 Australia Post outlets. Just look for postal outlets displaying the Bank@Post sign. You can use our nationwide Bank@Post network to deposit cash or cheques and withdraw money (limits apply).

- Tele-access and NetAccess*
- Over-the-phone account enquiry service on 13 25 05 and internet banking - manage your banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- BPAY®*
- BPAY allows you to pay bills electronically from your QTCU account using Tele-access and NetAccess. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for registered members, and provides access to over 4,000 billers who display the BPAY logo on their statements.

- VISA*
- Cash over-the-counter from any financial institution displaying the VISA logo. Press "credit" at EFTPOS terminals to pay for purchases by VISA. You can also use your card to pay bills over the phone with participating companies. Daily withdrawal limit is $1,000 or if using "credit", the balance of available funds.

- Automatic Payments
- Set and forget with periodical payments - automatic transfers of funds on your behalf to meet any regular payments of the same amount (e.g. insurance or mortgage payments). You can also arrange direct debits to enable us to take care of bill payments to various suppliers you authorise (e.g. phone or gas).
- Direct Credits
- Arrange to have your salary, benefits or interest automatically deposited into your nominated account.
- Cheque Book*
- Use your Personal Cheque Book for easy bill payment.
- BSB Numbers
- A BSB number is a code used to identify individual financial institutions. QTCU's BSB number, as used for electronic depositing such as payroll or taxation refunds is 804-002. Follow this with the account number to be credited. This is the BSB most commonly used by QTCU members.
For deposits via National Australia Bank, the BSB is 084-179. Follow this with a nine digit link number, commencing 002xxxxxx. (Details can be found in your cheque book.) You will require an encoded deposit book for this type of transaction with the National.
