School fees. Travel bookings. Furniture removals. Groceries online. These are just some of the things you can pay for with BPAY. In fact, with over 15,500 Billers on board, you can BPAY virtually anything in your life.

The quick, convenient way to pay – when it suits you.   

You can use BPAY day or night through the security of your internet or phone banking service. And with BPAY you can choose the account you want to pay from – cheque, savings, debit and more – and even schedule payments in advance so you don’t miss a payment.

QTCU's integrated BPAY* system gives you electronic payment access via the phone and internet.

With just one call to Tele-access or one visit to NetAccess, you can use BPAY to pay bills directly from your chosen QTCU account, around the clock.

BPAY is much faster and more convenient than the traditional means of paying bills in person, or by phone or cheque.

Future Dated Payments

The facility even allows for handy future dated payments to ensure bills are always met on the due date, even if you're away on holidays.

Future dated payments are allowed up to 60 days in advance. No money leaves your account until your specified date.

If you are using future dated payment, remember to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account on the day prior to your nominated date, otherwise the bill will not be paid and a dishonour fee may apply.

Along with convenience and speed, the new BPAY system is designed for simplicity. Payments appear item-by-item on your regular statements to make keeping track of transactions simple. (A transaction may not necessarily be processed to your account on the same day.) You'll find it easy to use with your touch phone or computer when you follow the directions for getting started...

Getting Started is Easy!

If you are already a registered user of Tele-access and NetAccess, you can start using BPAY® today. If not, call the QTCU Contact Centre until 7pm weeknights, and we'll guide you through the registration process.

  1. Follow the link to NetAccesat the top of the page.
  2. Provide your usual password and you're ready to start.
  3. Have your bills on hand so you can provide information as the system guides you through the payment. Registered BPAY billers will display the BPAY logo, and their relevant BPAY details on their statement.
  4. If you make a mistake, you can make changes prior to confirmation.
  5. Once confirmed, the payment is irrevocable.
  6. You will be given a receipt number to confirm your payment.
  7. End the session or proceed to the next bill you want to pay.
  8. If you want to BPAY by phone, call Tele-access on 13 25 05 and follow the prompts. BPAY is option 4 on the system.
