Martin has over 35 years experience in the financial services industry.

He was employed with Westpac for 24 years, where he had extensive human resource and branch management experience and was an Authorised Representative of Westpac Financial Planning Pty Ltd for a number of years whilst in Branch Management roles. In 1997, Martin commenced his financial planning studies at Deakin University and also commenced his own financial planning practice under license from AMP Financial Planning Pty Ltd. He made a family move to Queensland in December 2004.

Martin took up a financial planning role with QTCU in January 2005, and his qualifications and experience see him ideally suited to advise on strategies for retirement planning and wealth creation, within an advice framework that ensures individual assessment and appropriate recommendations regarding wealth protection, taxation, Social Security and estate planning.

Martin is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) and has been a Certified Financial Planner since 2000.
