Registering for NetAccess*
Before using NetAccess, you will need to register for the service. You can do this by completing our Access form which you can download below. Alternatively pop in to your local branch for one and start banking online the same day.

When completing the form, please select the NetAccess tick box and fax it back to our processing department on (07) 3842 6454. We will return a confirmation email within one business day advising you that NetAccess is available for your use.
Once you have received the confirmation email you can log into NetAccess using your Credit Union Security Code as your password and your member number. For security reasons, NetAccess will ask you to change your password after you have logged in for the first time. Always ensure you keep your password secret in the same way you protect your Redicard PIN.
If you don't know your Credit Union Security Code, call the Contact Centre on 13 29 30 until 7pm weeknights. For your security it cannot be divulged via email.
