Security centre
Your security, we can all play a part…
As your financial institution, we take the protection of your information and transaction data very seriously. But online security is a partnership between us (as the provider of online banking services to you) and you (the user of these services). As such, it's important that you do two things; keep informed; improve your own online security.

Changes to security policy keep your savings under lock and key
A recent change to QTCU’s Security Code Policy now gives members even more protection for their personal information and finances.
While technology has revolutionised the way banking is conducted, it has also posed challenges to the way organisations store and share information.
Once in the wrong hands, personal information can be used to make unauthorised transfers and conduct other transactions that can create havoc and heartache for account holders.
As guardians of your account information and finances, your credit union is keen to do its part to help protect your hard-earned savings.
That’s why QTCU has recently made changes to its Security Code Policy.
In the past, QTCU has allowed both members and their representatives to access account information and conduct transactions with a member’s four digit security code.
The changes to the Security Code Policy mean that now, only QTCU members can access their own personal information and conduct banking activities with their security code.
While the changes might affect the way you conduct your banking activities, it is important to remember that restricting access to your personal information will reduce the risk of unauthorised transactions that threaten your savings and privacy.
